Masters in music from Gnessin Academy in Moscow, Russia. Member of professional organizations: MEA, NJMTA, PVMTA, NJFMC, Cecilian MC, PTSA, TYMA.
Students won competitions and performed in Weill Recital Hall of Carnegie Hall, Bruno Walter Auditorium, Alice Tully Hall in Lincoln Center, Steinway Hall, Metropolitan Museum of Art, Merkin Hall, German Cultural Center and Donell Library, and many locations in New Jersey.

Cherwyn Ambuter

Cherwyn Ambuter aims to build confident, versatile pianists who are able to play for their own enjoyment, perform as soloists, and/or collaborate in an ensemble, tailoring instruction to the student and their goals, including popular music. Current students range in age from 4-75. She also offers instruction in sight-singing (how to read music for singers), using solfege with the surriculum utilized at the Julliard School. Ms. Ambuter has performed extensively including with members of the Cleeveland Orchestra; the NJ Conservatory; the Baroque Orchestra of NJ; Opera Theatre of Montclair; The Summitt Choral Society of Akron, OH; has accompanied voice lesson at Tufts University and Northern Kentucky University, accompanines lessons and recitals of violin and other students at the Thurnauer School of Music in Tenafly, and is a regular solo recitalists for the Road Scholar (formerly Elderhostel) program in Warwick, NY. She earned a B.A. in Music from Tufts and a M.M. in Piano Performance from the University of Cincinnati College-Conservatory of Music. Teachers included Eugene Pridonoff (a student of Rudolph Serkin) and Elisabeth Pridonoff, Gail Niwa, Richard Morris, Philip Thomson, and Merilyn Neher. Master classes and coachings with Joseph Kalichstein, Yehuda Hanani, the Raphael Trio, and the Tokyo String Quartet.

Elisabeth Nosal

B.M. - Manhattan School of Music
Elisabeth, nee Keil, began her piano studies at the age of 3. Mrs. Nosal attended the Juilliard precollege division and later received her B.M. at Manhattan School of Music. She took part at several International music seminars in the cities of Weimar, Salzburg, and Foutainebleau. Mrs. Nosal has been teaching piano for over 20 years in Ringwood, NJ. In 2003 she founded the Ringwood School of Music. She also enjoys performing classical music as soloist and duo pianist in the NJ & NY area.

Michael Nosal

B.M. - Manhattan Schoolof Music, M.M. - Juilliard
Michael Nosal began playing the piano at the age of 5. While attending the High School of Music & Art her performed Gershwin's "Rhapsody in Blue" with orchestra. He received his Bachelor's and Master's degrees from the Manhattan School of Music and the Juilliard School, studying with Constance Keene, Martin Canin, and Joseph Kalichstein; master classes in Europe with Vitaly Margulis and Justus Franz. Mr. Nosal gave annual faculty recitals at the Third Street Music School in NYC, where he taught piano for ten years in addition to having performed chamber music at festivals in Maine, Ohio and New York. He is a recipient of the Margaret Baiz Memorial Award from the National Arts Club. Mr. Nosal has taught at the Ringwood School of Music since 2004.

Mitchell Schechter

Mitch has a wide range of teaching experience. He has presented clinics with such notables as Eddie Daniels and Buddy Baker. He has maintained a private studio in West Milford for 40 years and taught the History of Jazz, both private and group piano classes, and directed the choir at County College of Morris for 6 years.
Mitch has been composing and recording his music throughout his career. Some of his compositions have been featured in documentaries. His performance experience ranges from concerts, recitals, and recordings, to hotels, restaurants, and clubs. Mitch can be heard on numerous recordings with some of the finest musicians in the New York area. With the “Jazz Spring Trio” since 1994, their CD “Season and Sentiment’s”, has been well reviewed. Currently Mitch is leading "The New American Quartet", performing his original compositions. Their first CD, "Mystic Autumn" is available on line and a second CD is in production.
Jacqueline Schiller-Audi

Jacqueline Schiller holds degrees from the Juillard School and the Mannes College of Music. She has performed extensively as a chamber musician and has collaborated with members of the New York Philharmonic in chamber music recitals at Merkin Hall, the New York Public Library for the Performing Arts, the Guggenheim and the Roerich Museum. Jackie is a member of the Alacorde Piano Trio which performs throughtout the metropolitan tri-state area. She is also a member of the All Seasons Chamber Players and "Double Take" the Battersby-Schiller two piano duo. Jackie lives in Paramus, New Jersey and maintains a very busy private teaching schedule.
